Both pictures were taken during The Great Gender Debate 2013, which 4 debaters and a judge represented USM for the English category and 4 more for the BM category. Woots!
The first pic is of Grace and Sen Nian (USM A) probably waiting for their turn to speak. They broke 9th for the quarter finals! Congrats guys :)
The second one is me and my partner, Benjamin, discussing a case in our 15 minute prep time. We were exactly one point away from quarter finals. So close! But glad we tried our best nevertheless, and it was a growth experience for me personally as well.
PS: The shirts me and Grace are wearing in both pics is the brainchild of trainer Brendan and club president Ferlynne, and designed by yours truly ;) Cool right?
