Chores, Chores ! : Raking the Yard
Just the other day, I raked the yard of my home garden for the very 1st time. (And I’m supposed to turn 18 this year…) After 9 years of living in the house I’m living now, for the 1st time I actually noticed the humongous amount of dry leaves in the garden that need to be piled. Raking’s kind of fun though…some poor little weeds and wildflowers had to *suffer* when my (strong) arms poked through their teeny-tiny roots…
You know, I think this is one of the odd chores that I actually may start to like…err…
